Is being happy really the key to a long and happy life? And can this be in any way associated with your level of physical fitness?
I think so and this is why I am writing this article and will try and convince you as I did to read my health book first.
I want you to read this book and then I want you to be healthy and happy. Read on.
Health & longevity
One of the greatest parts of being healthy and happy is that you can be as active as you want.
The adage “an active mind is an active body” was true, but with the invention of modern technology, this is now actually possible.
Today you can be as active as you want. You can walk, run, swim, cycle, or even be a wheelchair user.
All you need is a pair of healthy legs and a healthy mind.
Now if you have never been active before, getting healthy means getting started.
It’s great that you are now reading my health book so that you can stay in good shape and enjoy being healthy and happy.
But it is important to know that this health thing is serious business. You need to get going on this healthy thing.
And it is going to take up a big part of your life.
Getting healthy will make you happy too
Research shows that happier people have lower rates of heart disease. This means you will live longer and enjoy a more fulfilling life.
If you are happily married then a happy marriage will actually make you both live longer and enjoy life more.
You do not need to have a happy marriage to enjoy a long and happy life. You do not need a relationship to feel happy and content.
You just need to be healthy.
And healthy is not just about being physically active and looking after yourself.
Healthy is not just about having a healthy weight, although being physically active will play an important part in your healthy life.
Healthy is also about being happy and feeling fulfilled.
Getting your brain to understand this and get healthy is going to be the key to making you feel happier and more fulfilled.
This does not mean you will become a happy robot. Far from it, this means that you will be free to think and feel differently.
As my wife once said to me, “good things always happen when you least expect them.”
When the time is right
If you feel like you need help and want to get started with taking control of your health then I would love to help you. My book helps you to do this.
My health book will teach you about the importance of being healthy, helping you to eat well and become mentally fit. You will also learn how to do this easily.
I am not an expert on diet and exercise. I am not the first person to have invented a perfect diet. I am not the first person to have the perfect method of exercise.
But the idea that you can have a perfect diet and the perfect exercise routine and still be depressed is ridiculous.
I am not going to tell you what to eat and when to exercise. I am not going to tell you how much you should weigh.
These are all things you should consider and learn by yourself.
But I am going to give you a set of rules for you to follow and once you have started and started to follow these rules I think you will be on your way to better health and a better life.
If you start now, as I did, you will be well on the way to being happy and healthy.
I would like to leave you with one final thought.
If you think that your health is not important, please remember that the decision to take your own life is something that is never taken lightly. So don’t take your life lightly.
Happiness raises your immune system
Do you think a lack of happiness is related to illnesses and conditions, like diabetes, heart disease, or depression?
Research suggests that the lack of joy in your life can actually put you at increased risk of developing many of these health problems.
This is because life’s celebrations can trigger stress hormones that cause inflammation and oxidative damage to the cells in your body.
But, because your immune system is so important to good health, research also suggests that happy people have stronger and healthier immune systems.
One study of more than 50,000 US adults found that those who experienced less daily positive emotion were more likely to report ill health than those who experienced more, even after other lifestyle factors such as smoking, drinking, and exercise were taken into account.
Other studies suggest that people with positive emotions can fight illnesses, such as respiratory infections or influenza.
Another study found that babies born in high-giving and low-giving breastfeeding couples had better protection against respiratory infections.
Another study of more than 1.3 million Swedish men and women found that regular alcohol consumption was associated with reduced bone density and a higher risk of bone fracture in the hip.
Life events predict happiness
Life events such as moving home, starting a new job, buying a home, and getting married may all predict happiness in the long-term, according to studies from the United States, Canada, and Australia.
However, the long-term results don’t come as a surprise to psychologists, as happiness is an evolutionary adaptation, while negative emotions are often linked to stress, anxiety, and depression.
The more we learn about the psychology of happiness, the more we are beginning to understand how important it is for mental and physical health.
